Single Ply
EPDM Roof Systems
EPDM — ethylene propylene diene monomer, or simply “rubber” roofing — is a single-ply synthetic membrane that has been used on commercial low-slope roofs for more than four decades. It installs quickly across the wide temperature range we see in the Roaring Fork Valley, holds up well to high-altitude UV exposure, and is one of the most cost-effective single-ply systems available.
Our low-slope team handles every type of EPDM application — fully adhered, mechanically fastened, and ballasted — for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings across Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Rifle, and Basalt.
